I give 5 stars fpr Ordering, fulfillment and delivery. The device works properly and as described. I recommend a very good Zigbee connection. Based on overall experience, I barely give 4 stars.
First, the ability to set temperature (0,5C Steps) or offset (1 degree steps) do not allow a proper setting. It should be possible to set offset by 0,1 degree steps or 0,2 degree steps.
Second, the programming can barely be done on the device itself, It is best done through the App.
Third, since many parameters can only be set on the device and cannot be accessed through the App (ex. offset or hysteresis), programming this device thoroughly is rather messy.
Lastly, the pairing with the gateway is far from a walk in the park. I suspect it has to do with the quality of the Zigbee connection.
The product and user experience could be greatly enhanced if the programming of the device though the app was exhanced to include all parameter settings.
